We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available. Local pickup is not available.

Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Transit estimates depend on the delivery service and destination.

Request a return

Use our contact form and select an existing-order enquiry. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. For approved eligible U.S. returns, Kopi Scents covers return shipping. Customer care will provide the return instructions and destination before you send the parcel.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly using the contact form with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
